Preparation and Usage Starting Skills

Project Steps

After preparing the glass, place the World's Best and Dad stencils along the top edge of the flat surface of the ruler. Lay the star border stencil along the ruler underneath the words.
Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the design onto the ruler.
Add star embellishments as desired.
