Shipping Information

To All Customers:

In order to provide you with efficient service, please review your billing & mailing address information (must match your credit card statement address) before submitting your order to ensure all information has been provided and is correct. Please be sure to provide us with complete street address, including whether it is a Street, Rd, Avenue, etc, as well as any floor, apt number, suite number, etc.

If you have any shipping questions before placing your order, please contact our customer service department (Etchworld: 973-423-4002, Armour: 973-427-8787) during normal business hours ( 9 am to 5 pm EST) or via email. If you have a shipping question about an order already placed, please be sure to provide us with the confirmation number sent to you when you submitted your order as well as the BILLING name provided.

Continental United States: We ship orders by either the US Post Office or by UPS International. How your order is shipped depends on varying factors including weight, content, value and destination. If delivery is in the US, be sure you have the United States listed as the country of destination. An error can affect the shipping cost shown on your order, as well as delay the processing of your order.

UPS will not ship to a PO Box, APO, or FPO. These orders will ship via US Postal Service unless the order contains Armour Etch, Etch Bath and Sand Etch which cannot ship US Postal Service.

It helps if you can provide us with a daytime phone number in case we have any shipping questions. Your phone number is secure with us and is not sold or used for phone solicitation.

Large orders will be evaluated before they are shipped to determine if additional postage is required. If so, you will be notified by phone and/or email.

AK, HI, PR and US territories: We ship to these locations primarily by US Postal Service. Depending on contents, weight or value, order may have to ship by UPS. Rates may have to be re-quoted if necessary. If this is the case, you will be contacted by either phone or email with a new shipping rate and asked for approval.

Canada: We ship to Canada primarily by US Postal Service unless you are ordering Armour Etch or Sand Etch.These items have to ship by UPS only as these items are forbidden to be shipped via US Postal Service. UPS brokerage and/or Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and payable upon receipt of your parcel. After you submit your order, you will be contacted by either phone or email with a shipping rate and asked for approval or not. The sooner we receive a response to our email, the sooner we can process your order.

International: If you live outside the US, please select INTERNATIONAL as your shipping option. We ship internationally primarily by the US Postal system. Rates are determined by weight, content, value and destination. After you submit your order, you will be contacted by email with a shipping rate and asked for an approval or not. The sooner we receive a response to our email, the sooner we can process your order. **Please note: Some items such as Armour Etch Glass Etching cream cannot be shipped to countries outside of United States and Canadian.
